Before our Concession street crawl, we actually started at the Concession-adjacent Cowabunga Pizzeria. It had been on our list for a while but we decided to let the hype die down a bit before stopping in. Overall we have nothing but positive things to say. The crust was terrific, the ingredients, specifically the roni cups and cheese, were all high quality, and the dipping sauce was excellent. Certainly the only place in town that has this combination of premium crust and cook with more mainstream (while still innovative) toppings. While it couldn’t possibly have lived up to the hysteria generated when it first opened, this is high quality pie and worth a spot in the rotation amongst the other greats in town -Mush
