The collaboration with @dapper_labs will be similar to the NBA’s @nbatopshot, in which fans can trade and collect ‘moments’ from their favorite NFL games.

Fantasy Football Duds for the week 🥴 Who let you down yesterday?

Just so you know @beechwooddoughnuts is back to offering walk-in orders! If you’re like me and impulsively want doughnuts then you can drop in and buy to your hearts content. Always include a Birthday Cake and an Apple Fritter in your mix. 

I do not believe a doughnut should be spelled without the ‘ugh’. It takes effort to make good doughnuts and I do not think it is anything but laziness to spell it without the ‘ugh’. Beechwood makes Doughnuts, Tim’s makes donuts. You can see the difference in effort. This is my hill to die on today. -Todd

Followers of our stories will know I was recently in Nova Scotia, touring the province with my good friend @ginochachie and having a lucky meetup with pal and fellow Hamilton foodie @villagemayor. I won’t bore you with many details but hit you with a few of my favourites. 
@ourbicyclethief was certainly the star of the show. Their take on surf & turf did not disappoint, this was the third time I’ve visited them and you shouldn’t miss either when you go. I tried Acadian Seafood Chowder from Crows Nest in Digby for the first time which is butterier than a typical chowder and I loved it every bit as much as standard chowder. We chowed down on everything Donair including a Donair burger and egg roll, none were as good as @halifax_donair in Milton, a testament to their authenticity and quality. Finally I want to give a shout out to @fortunedoughnut who has one of the most fun looking shops I’ve seen in a while. I don’t care much for cats but when they’re three eyed and in the shape of a doughnut I’m in. Finally Lobster Rolls, I prefer the dirty, mayo heavy version on a hot dog roll best thanks to Carla’s Takeout but there’s not really a wrong version to get lobster meat into my mouth while parting me with more dollars than I intended to spend on lunch. 

All in all, a wonderful visit and a worthy city to drop into if you’re a seafood lover like myself. -Todd
