In the time Mush & I have been operating Steeltown Chowdown we went from zero great a la cart sushi restaurants in town to three. I consider us fortunate now to have @chef_martin_sushi_house, @sushionfennell and @fishing.sushi all operating quality stops for takeout sushi in town. Each one has its merits and it would be tough to pick a clear cut winner. This is like the opposite of the Chinese Food restaurant problem in town where few are good and none are great. So, I guess this is an appreciation post to them. Whether you’re getting a huge party tray at Sushi on Fennel, delicious Torched Sushi from Fishing Sushi or the scrumptious Crunch Roll at Chef Martin, you’re going to be satisfied and well fed.
