Cheongsam is mainly derived from the manchu(the China's ethnic minorities)“旗装”/qizhuang in the Qing Dynasty, and was born under the influence of western dress and other factors. And underneath the qizhuang was originally to wear pants, pants and no pants cheongsam are coexisting,there are many historical evidence as proof. These are all belong to the traditional Collocation of China.（p3:qizhuang with trousers,p4-p7:cheongsams with trousers of the Republic of China）

There are also some "cheongsam with skirt", that "skirt" is actually often connected to the top, is a part of the whole dress. The continuation of the cheongsam has always been the structure of the upper and lower. And it does not rule out the possibility that some posters in the last century are cheongsam with skirt. 中国人不能在旗袍里面穿裤子？？？简直就是滑天下之大稽。针对某些来我评论区的某些越南人的质疑🙂首先讲下旗袍怎么来的。旗袍主要是源自清朝时期满族的旗装，在西式连衣裙等多重因素影响下诞生的。这点对比下民国时期改版的旗装和早期旗袍就可以知道。而旗装底下原本就是要搭裤子的，搭裤子和不搭裤子的旗袍都是并存的，有丰富史料为证的。属于中国的传统搭配。还有一些“旗袍搭裙”，那个“裙”实际上往往是连在上面的，是整条连衣裙的一部分。延续的是旗袍一直以来上下一体的结构。而且并不排除上世纪有些海报中是旗袍搭裙的可能性。本来就有衬裤自然是可以有衬裙的。
